Guilty Grazing can provide Grazing Tables, Boards & Boxes suitable for events large or small. Parties, milestone birthdays, engagements, baby showers, hen’s nights, corporate events or even weddings, or more intimate affairs such as proposals or anniversaries can all be catered for by Guilty Grazing.

Please read the below information prior to completing any booking form:

Please advise us prior to booking if you have any allergies or dietary requirements, as we are unable to cater for all allergies and dietary requirements at this point in time, due to still looking for suitable local food providers. Please be advised we are currently unable to cater for Peanut/Tree nut Allergies.

Please be advised that by just enquiring your event date and time with Guilty Grazing, does not automatically secure your booking. Please note you do not have a booking with Guilty Grazing unless the appropriate booking form has been completed and a 50% deopist/full payment has been received and confirmed by us!

Follow our five steps below to book with us!

Step 1 - Review our menu and choose your packages!

Our first step to booking a grazing table or board is to review our menu and choose your package.

Head on over to our menu page to see all of our packages that we offer including pricing etc.

Once you have selected your package, we can progress to step two!

Step 2 - Enquire to book with us!

Our next step to booking a grazing table or board is to enquire to book with us via our enquires or contact us page.

Please complete the form below to make a Grazing Table or Board booking enquiry with Guilty Grazing.

We will endeavour to reply within 48 hours (2 business days) to advise you of our availability for booking on your preferred date and time.

Once confirmation of availability, our online booking forms must be completed within 24 hours of availability confirmation or by the time specified by us during correspondence, to ensure that the booking time and date are confirmed for your event. Any bookings not completed in this time will result in the booking date and time being released to the next person in line. By contacting us, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Once we confirm our availability for booking on your preferred date and time, we can progress to step three!

Step 3 - Complete the online booking form!

Once we confirm our availability for booking on your preferred dates and times, we will then provide you with access to complete our online booking form.

All of our online booking forms must be completed within the time stated by us in relevant correspondence, once availability confirmation, to ensure that the booking time and date are confirmed for your event.

Any bookings not completed in this time will result in the booking date and time being released to the next person in line.

Once you have completed the online booking form, we can progress to step four!

Step 4 - Pay the booking fee!

Once you have completed the online booking form, the booking fee is then payable within 12 hours of completing the booking form.

Please ensure you pay at least a 50% deposit for Grazing Tables and Boards within the discussed time frame.

Any payments not completed in this time will result in the booking date and time being released to the next person in line.

Payment details can be found on the bottom of the booking forms. Alternatively you can contact us if you have any questions.

Please be advised the remaining amount due to for your grazing table/ board must be paid at least 5 business days prior to your event date. Failure to pay the remaining amount due for your graze within this time frame may result in your booking being cancelled.

Step 5 - Enjoy your graze!

The rest is up to us!

We will prepare your grazing table or board onsite at your event premises!

Please be advised we do not supply plates, napkins or cutlery. This can be added to your booking for an additional cost but must be arranged with Guilty Grazing upon booking and prior to your event occurring.

Please be advised we do not supply the table which are used to set up your grazing table/place your grazing board. The table need to be supplied by you. For a 1m Grazing Table set up or 1 Grazing Board we require the table to be at least 1.5m by 75cm. We will advise you prior to your event of the table size we require.

For our grazing tables and boards, we will come to your event premises to setup.

Once you have your grazing table or board, sit back, relax and enjoy your masterpiece!
